Adecco is currently seeking an experienced MRO Coordinator for a 24-month contract role based in Ajax, Ontario. The MRO Coordinator will be responsible for optimizing work processes, expediting the flow of work, and ensuring parts are available to meet delivery schedules.   • Pay rate : $24-$27 / hour.
  • Location : Ajax, ON
  • Shifts : Monday-Thursday 7 : 30am-4 : 00pm and Friday 7 : 30am-12 : 30pm
  • Job type : 24-month contract | Full-time

    • Responsibilities :

  • Expedite the flow of work throughout the RO Shop floor to meet or exceed required delivery dates.
  • Collaborate with Planners and ODC Coordinators to ensure parts availability and meet flow requirements.
  • Ensure work order kits are complete and ready to build as per the weekly schedule.
  • Optimize work processes to improve efficiency and overall productivity.
  • Create, maintain, and publish daily and weekly status reports as required.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure parts availability and resolve any delays.
  • Willing to carry the AOG phone after hours on a rotation

    • Requirements :

  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • Previous experience in MRO or a similar role in aerospace or manufacturing industries.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
