Our Medical Directors (MDs) live out a mission that guides each hospital to greatness: Keeping our VEGs medically excellent, the VEG Way. Our MDs are the highest-level emergency veterinarians or Criticalists, who want to build and grow their very own hospital and team. Our VEG MDs are servant leaders who put the needs of their people first, lead their teams honestly, and are passionate about mentorship.
