This is a remote position.

Major responsibilities

All transfer pricing matters / economic substance. This includes managing the following transfer pricing vendors including finance and legal advisors in Canada Barbados St. Lucia Italy and the US

Investment management for the family office ensuring coordination between the active companies the family finances and the Wealth Managers

FX Management between the active companies the family office and the Wealth Managers

Real Estate Invest Management include current and future properties and property development

Family Office expenses including control of PA expenditures

Special Projects new investments and initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

Strong understanding of US &Canadian GAAP as well as IFRS

MBA & / or CPA

Strong understanding of how transfer pricing works

Exposure to FX hedging and general planning

Research investment opportunities

Communication with all levels of contributors

Organized and structure in approach but able to pivot quickly

Previous international experience

Primary time zone is EST

Qualification & Experience Education : Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CPA, CFA, or equivalent designation is an asset. Experience : Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role. Technical Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is preferred. Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely. Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and across departments. Time Management : Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
