About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team. In this role, you will support the planning, analysis, and reporting functions that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with senior analysts and finance leadership to build financial models, prepare management reports, and contribute to the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.

Responsibilities :
Financial Modeling & Analysis
- Build and maintain financial models to support business cases, investment decisions, and scenario analysis
- Perform sensitivity and scenario analyses to evaluate risks and opportunities across key business drivers
- Develop DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction models under senior analyst guidance
- Assist in the preparation of financial projections for strategic initiatives and capital expenditure proposals
Reporting & Performance Analysis
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and key stakeholdersConduct variance analysis comparing actual results to budget and forecast, identifying key drivers of deviationCreate and maintain dashboards and KPI trackers to monitor business performanceSupport the preparation of board-level presentations and executive summariesEnsure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all financial reporting deliverablesBudgeting & Financial Planning
Support the annual budgeting cycle, including data gathering, consolidation, and review of departmental submissionsAssist in rolling forecast updates, working with business partners to capture operational changesHelp develop cost allocation methodologies and track spending against approved budgetsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the quality and accuracy of financial plansGeneral & Ad Hoc
Assist with ad hoc analysis requests from senior leadership and business stakeholdersContribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance functionMaintain organized records and documentation for audit readinessOther duties as assigned.Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field0–2 years of experience in a financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance role (internships count)Exposure to financial statement analysis and management reporting is advantageousTechnical Skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP / INDEX-MATCH, financial functions, data visualization)Working knowledge of financial modeling principles and best practicesFamiliarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and / or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plusBasic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS)Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detailClear and effective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlinesCollaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiativePreferred Qualifications
