Warehouse Worker

Responsibilities

Hourly Base Rate : $33.88 / hr

Position Summary

Under minimum supervision, performs warehouse worker duties. Assignments require the exercise of independent discretion, judgment and a thorough understanding of company / department policies and procedures. Employees will work both independently and as part of workgroups or teams. This position provides the labour required for the warehouse operations within the distribution centre.

Replenishment

• Keep pick‑slots full; replenish line, flow racks, and bulk locations
• Rotate inventory; this is crucial in the freezer and cooler as well as items in the dry area.
• All movement of product must be kept track of as well as followed by the physical movement of the product
• Place all product in proper pick‑slots, never set product off to the side
• Take damaged product to recoup area
• Keep up to date on product changes, substitutions, and promotions
