Institute Ambassador - HPI

Our client is seeking an Institute Ambassador to represent a leadership development institute in Calgary. This contract role focuses on delivering a polished, welcoming, and high-performance experience for executive-level guests. As the face of the program, you'll ensure everything runs seamlessly from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities :

• Represent the Institute’s culture of excellence in all interactions.
• Personally greet and support guests, providing a warm, high-touch experience.
• Help run leadership programs, working with teams like Facilities, IT, and Catering.
• Ensure the HPI space is clean, stocked, and visually top-tier.
• Create playbooks, manage checklists, and improve behind-the-scenes processes.
• Ad-hoc duties as requested.
