GROUT PLANT OPERATOR

We are looking for an experienced individual to work as a Grout Plant Operator supporting foundation drilling and anchoring operations on construction sites.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of construction experience

Experience operating hydraulic grouting or grout mixing equipment

Able to perform heavy lifting (grout bags up to 90 lbs)

Valid Class 5 driver’s license

Good communication skills

Responsible, reliable, and safety-conscious

Takes initiative and willing to learn

Strong team player

Able to report to work consistently and on time

Willing to work overtime and occasional weekends

Legally entitled to work in Canada with a valid SIN

Available to start immediately

Forklift certification is an asset

Job Duties

Operate and monitor grout mixing and pumping equipment

Maintain proper grout consistency and production levels

Support drilling and anchoring crews on site

Perform routine equipment inspections and cleaning

Follow all site safety procedures and company policies
