We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using computers and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
