  • Responsibilities

    The responsibilities for this role are :

  • Sales prospecting (cold calling, lead follow-up, email campaigns)
  • Understanding client needs (highlighting products to meet their needs)
  • Capturing and tracking client needs in the database
  • Meeting sales objectives (KPIs, financial) and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Qualifications

    What you need to succeed in this role :

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales (prospecting, cold calling)
  • Fully bilingual communication (the parent company is based in the United States)
  • High school diploma
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Active listening and outstanding customer service skills
  • Sales acumen and the ability to meet objectives
  • Initiative, autonomy, and the ability to work effectively in a team
