In this role, you will be responsible for :
- Developing new relationships with clients and soliciting new customers
- Properly documenting all interactions with clients
- Contributing to customer satisfaction and retention
- Providing basic assistance to clients and advising them according to their needs
- Introducing new products and recommending appropriate solutions
- Managing credits when applicable
- Participating in agricultural fairs and other promotional activities
- Providing regular sales activity reports to management
