In this role, you will be responsible for :

  • Developing new relationships with clients and soliciting new customers
  • Properly documenting all interactions with clients
  • Contributing to customer satisfaction and retention
  • Providing basic assistance to clients and advising them according to their needs
  • Introducing new products and recommending appropriate solutions
  • Managing credits when applicable
  • Participating in agricultural fairs and other promotional activities
  • Providing regular sales activity reports to management

Desired Profile :

  • Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written) (asset)
  • Significant experience in the agricultural sector or sales (asset)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and customer relationship management programs
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Self-control, listening skills, and empathy
  • Rigor, organization, charisma, and leadership
  • Negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong sense of customer service and organization
