As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on coordinating technical aspects, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the liaison between the Project Manager, customers, and vendors.
  • Document and communicate project costs, forecasts, and procedures to the management team.
  • Identify and communicate conflicts within project teams, create contingency plans, and mitigate risks.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.
  • Manage project activities including resource allocation, scheduling, documentation, and budgeting.
  • Participate in operations meetings to solicit feedback and ensure expectations are met.
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures, and coordinate with contractors for site approvals.
  • Evaluate and qualify potential subcontractors, compare quotes, and issue purchase orders.
  • Prepare building permit documentation and liaise with municipalities to acquire permits.

    • Education And Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of trades-related work experience on residential construction sites.
  • Post-secondary diploma in Architectural or Construction Technology or related field preferred.
  • Experience in the off-site modular construction industry is an asset.
  • Red Seal Journeyman carpenter ticket would be considered an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project and Procore is an asset.
