Salary range (but not limited to) :

118,700 - 145,100

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance) :

15%

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including : experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the role

We are looking for a Mobile Developer Specialist to join our growing team!

What you'll do here :

• Enhance and develop software systems that meet user needs by proposing solutions, solving complex problems, developing code, testing, debugging, and documenting systems.
• Participate in production support activities by resolving production issues, addressing performance bottlenecks, and identifying solutions to remediate them.
• Guide, mentor, and coach team members in various technical and development activities.
• Lead (analysis / design / implementation) an initiative involving a development team.
• Participate in all phases of the project to ensure successful delivery by collaborating with users and communicating progress reports.
• Provide support for the deployment of production systems to ensure their functionality.
• Ensure systems operate optimally and meet quality standards by conducting analyses, making recommendations, and performing evaluations.
• Make recommendations and participate in improving system development and maintenance processes.
• Apply the systems development life cycle methodology to ensure compliance with standards.
