ASSIGNMENT : Administrative and Inclusive Education Lead Teacher responsibilities (approx.0.5 FTE for VP and 0.5FTE for IEL)

Phil & Jennie Gaglardi Academy is seeking a dedicated leader to serve as Vice- Principal / Inclusive Education Lead Teacher beginning in August 2026. The ideal candidate will be a committed follower of Christ, an experienced educator with a strong understanding of inclusive education practices, a dynamic leader, with a graduate degree in Educational Leadership. The Vice-Principal provides a unique leadership service working with the Principal, the school staff, and the community. The position is full-time with the VP and IEL roles sharing approximately 0.5 FTE.

Salary & Compensation

• Salary Range : $70,000 - $105,000 depending on qualifications
