Đầu bếp trưởng

Lập kế hoạch và chỉ đạo hoạt động chuẩn bị, nấu nướng của một số nhà hàng trong cơ sở, chuỗi nhà hàng, bệnh viện hoặc các cơ sở khác có dịch vụ ăn uống
Tư vấn cho khách hàng về tiệc cưới, tiệc chiêu đãi và các sự kiện đặc biệt
Lập kế hoạch thực đơn và đảm bảo thực phẩm đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn chất lượng
Ước tính nhu cầu thực phẩm và có thể ước tính chi phí thực phẩm và lao động
Giám sát hoạt động của bếp phó và đầu bếp chuyên nghiệp
Sắp xếp mua sắm và sửa chữa thiết bị
Tuyển dụng và thuê nhân viên
Chuẩn bị và nấu thức ăn thường xuyên hoặc cho những vị khách hoặc sự kiện đặc biệt.

Đầu bếp phó

Giám sát hoạt động của đầu bếp chuyên nghiệp, đầu bếp và các nhân viên bếp khác

Trình diễn kỹ thuật nấu ăn mới và thiết bị mới cho nhân viên nấu ăn

Có thể lập kế hoạch thực đơn và trưng dụng thực phẩm, đồ dùng nhà bếp

Có thể chuẩn bị và nấu các bữa ăn hoặc các món ăn đặc sản.

Chuẩn bị và nấu các bữa ăn hoàn chỉnh hoặc các món ăn đặc sản, chẳng hạn như bánh ngọt, nước sốt, súp, salad, rau và thịt, các món gia cầm và cá, đồng thời tạo ra các món ăn trang trí cho các sự kiện đặc biệt như tiệc chiêu đãi

Hướng dẫn đầu bếp các bước chuẩn bị, nấu nướng, trang trí và trình bày món ăn

Tạo công thức nấu ăn mới

Giám sát đầu bếp và nhân viên nhà bếp khác

Lên kế hoạch thực đơn

Trưng dụng thực phẩm và đồ dùng nhà bếp.

Cần có chứng chỉ thương mại hoặc bằng cấp tương đương, đào tạo và kinh nghiệm của ngành Nấu ăn.

Bằng cấp về quản lý và có kinh nghiệm trong việc chế biến thực phẩm thương mại, bao gồm 2 năm ở vị trí giám sát và kinh nghiệm làm bếp phó, đầu bếp chuyên nghiệp hoặc đầu bếp.

Đầu bếp phó, đầu bếp chuyên nghiệp và đầu bếp - có nhiều năm kinh nghiệm trong việc chế biến món ăn thương mại.
