Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Infant / Toddler Educator to join our team, committed to fostering a positive learning environment for children with diverse needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and experience working with children. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities tailored to individual student needs
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development in a nurturing environment
- Collaborate with team members, families, and community partners to create personalized learning plans
- Assist children with daily routines, including caregiving tasks such as feeding, hygiene, and self-help support
- Monitor and document each child\'s progress, providing feedback to parents and team members
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning
- Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate children and their needs
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education
Qualifications
Valid Infant / Toddler LicenseFirst aidPrior classroom experience in early childhood educationStrong understanding of caregiving practices relevant to young childrenExcellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with children, families, and team membersKnowledge of developmental milestones and age-specific teaching methodsCompassionate, patient, and adaptable demeanor committed to fostering inclusive learning environmentsJob Type : Full-timePay : $30.00-$32.00 per hourExpected hours : 40 per weekTo Apply
