With the support of your manager, you will be responsible for making sure the store runs smoothly and that your team provides the best possible customer service. Your tasks include :
Optimize the performance and profitability of the store.Train team members to provide strong customer support.Analyze sales results and develop improvement solutions.Schedule employees based on performance.Communicate sales goals to your team.Provide customers with a warm welcome and product knowledge.Coordinate tasks with the management team.Mobilize your team and create a positive work environment.Build a high‑performance team and recruit, train next‑generation employees.Manage work schedules, absenteeism, and performance evaluations.Master product knowledge and visual presentation.Create an attractive and inviting store based on planograms.Keep the store clean and visually appealing.Analyze reports to optimize productivity and sales.Open and close the store, manage expenses.Perform other duties as needed to support the team.La Vie en Rose is committed to employment equity.
