Your Responsibilities:

- Advise and assist customers with personalized beauty recommendations
- Meet and exceed sales goals in a supportive environment
- Manage the register, returns, and inventory
- Support visual merchandising and in-store campaigns
- Collaborate with your Store Manager to drive boutique success

Who We’re Looking For:

- High school diploma (DES) or DEP completed
- Retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience (beauty experience is a plus, but not required)
- Energetic, communicative, and proactive personality
- Ability to lift 20–40 lbs occasionally
- Strong spoken French language

Other Language Requirement: English
- Level of Proficiency Required: Advanced
- Reason for Language Requirement: Communication with clients outside Quebec region
- Frequency of Use: Daily (for various tasks)
