We’re looking for our next Senior Motion Graphic Designer. Could It Be You?

We are looking for a talented Senior Motion Graphic Designer who is passionate about telling compelling, visually interesting stories. This role will bring our marketing and communication messages to life by combining motion graphics, animation, design and video into standout visual experiences that engage and educate audiences.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of motion graphics principles, design software, and animation techniques. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team to create high-quality motion graphics that meet the needs of the company.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team consisting of writers, editors, videographers, product leads and marketing professionals to bring projects to life
  • Distill and deconstruct creative briefs into visual concepts that align with brand guidelines and business objectives
  • Develop exceptional designs and animations for various formats and platforms by incorporating storyboarding, animation, and graphic design techniques
  • Conceptualize and present ideas to senior leadership, gather feedback, and incorporate revisions to achieve the desired creative vision
  • Incorporate typography, visual effects, and sound design to enhance the overall impact and engagement of motion graphic content
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality
  • Continuously push the boundaries of creativity by sharing emerging trends and innovative formats with colleagues

    • So are YOU our next Senior Motion Graphic Designer? You are, if you have…

  • Bachelor's degree in design, animation, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a motion graphic designer, preferably in an agency setting
  • Strong portfolio of work showcasing a variety of design projects
  • Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Premier, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • 3D modeling software (ex. Blender) experience is a bonus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Keen interest and a good understanding of financial products & technology
  • Strong understanding of the principles of marketing and brand building
  • Established presentation skills
  • Nice to have : Experience working on financial services and products
