Customer Service Representative

Staffmax is working with our client to hire a dedicated Customer Service Representative for a 6-month contract. This role involves handling customer interactions with professionalism and care while supporting the company’s reputation for exceptional service.

Contract length: 6 Months
Location: Edmonton, AB

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide product and service information to resolve issues

· Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately

· Record customer interactions and update internal systems

· Collaborate with other departments to resolve escalations

· Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

Requirements:

· Previous experience in a call center or customer service role

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills

· Ability to remain calm and helpful under pressure

· Comfortable working with CRM and ticketing systems
