Job Description

We are currently hiring multiple Assemblers for our Manufacturing and Operations team.

In this role, under medium support and guidance, you may :

• Assemble, rework and operate electronic and electromechanical equipment from detailed procedures, assembly drawings and manufacturing instructions (for product and equipment of a simple to medium complexity)
• follow detailed assembly documentation (Drawings & Parts Lists) and instructions (Assembly Mfg Instructions & Process Routing Sheets) to perform assigned assembly tasks.
• Complete “buddy checks” as part of the quality control process.
• Adhere to workmanship standards & procedures to produce quality products. Responsible to record and report quality data in company standard quality tracking systems.
• Be accountable for completion of work orders on time.
• Complete assigned tasks within expected productivity outputs.
• Communicate, prioritize & multitask to achieve team goals.

It is a requirement that General Dynamics Mission Systems-Canada be registered with the Canadian Controlled Goods program and that all of its workforce be security assessed. The hiring range for this position is $ - $ CAD hourly. This is a 40 hour work week.
