BMO is currently sourcing for a Data and Reporting Analyst to support the Credit Development Service team. This is an onsite contract role in Calgary (3 days in office per week).
Role Overview:
The Data and Reporting Analyst will contribute to the delivery of carbon credit products, ensuring high-value service to BMO Radicle’s clients. This role includes engaging with clients, managing monitoring requirements, and executing campaigns to optimize the client experience in greenhouse gas reduction and emissions management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advocate for clients by building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout project lifecycles.
- Ensure compliance with BMO Radicle client monitoring requirements and technical protocols.
- Execute and register client campaigns, gathering monitoring data and updating inventories for existing projects.
- Review client data promptly, communicating concerns during active campaigns.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a motivated and effective working environment.
- Support the implementation of data quality control processes as needed.
Must-Have Skills:
- 2–3 years of experience in greenhouse gas reduction projects, carbon credit markets, or emissions management.
- Technical background in engineering (chemical, mechanical, petroleum) or environmental sciences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven project management skills with experience across multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with jurisdictional and sectoral regulations in Methane.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience with carbon credit reporting and emissions regulations.
- Knowledge of industry standards and frameworks like TIER, NPRI, and WCI.
- Understanding of the oil and gas sector would be advantageous.
