Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our clients collaborative accounting team. This is a full-time in-office contract role is based in Dartmouth and offers half-days on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities for the Job :

• Enter and manage data in the Jonas system accurately
• Assist with payroll data entry and processing
• Support consolidation of company data for reporting purposes
• Collaborate with the accounting and finance team to maintain data integrity
• Other duties and project support as assigned
