NuEnergy.ai is a growing technology company with new clients and we are excited to bring on a skilled and motivated Test Automation Engineer to play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our AI Governance solutions. This role is part of a cross‑functional team responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test suites to validate the functionality and quality of our software products.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts and test frameworks for NuEnergy AI governance software.
• Collaborate with the Product Management and Development teams to ensure testability and identify areas for test automation.
• Contribute to test planning and strategy discussions, including test case creation and test coverage analysis.
• Execute automated tests to validate the functionality, performance, and security of NuEnergy software products.
• Monitor and report test results, including defect identification and documentation.
• Continuously enhance and optimize automated test scripts and frameworks for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay current with industry best practices in test automation and incorporate them into NuEnergy’s testing process.
• Contribute to fostering a collaborative and results‑oriented culture across the organization and particularly a culture of innovation, code quality and continuous improvement within the development team.

Required Education, Skills and Abilities

Ability to work constructively in an office team environment, as well as a virtual team environment.
