Our client, a law firm based in Drummondville with decades of experience, is currently looking for a bilingual paralegal with significant experience in corporate and transactional law.

YOUR ROLE:

• Prepare all documents related to simple or complex transactions;

• Draft legal documents;

• Support junior and intermediate assistants and paralegals (review, mentoring, training);

• Perform annual company updates;

• Perform annual company updates;

• Verify minute books;

• Update corporate data in EnAct.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• DCS in Paralegal Technology or any other equivalent studies;

• Significative experience in corporate transactional law;

• Good level of bilingualism, both written and spoken

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;

• Autonomy, rigor and good management of priorities;

• Interpersonal skills and proactivity.
