As the Senior Data Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of software applications and systems. Reporting to the Manager of IT Architecture, you will design and execute detailed test strategies, perform manual and automated testing, conduct root cause analysis, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams.You will also identify opportunities to improve testing processes, introduce best practices, create quality KPIs, and support the organization’s efforts to meet current and future system needs.

Your new role

• Developingprehensive test plans, strategies, and schedules.
• Designing and implementing quality service KPIs and reporting insights to stakeholders.
• Executing functional, regression, performance, and usability tests.
• Performing manual and automated testing to ensure full coverage.
• Conducting root cause analysis and preventing defect recurrence.
• Ensuring systems meet Accessibility standards.
• Monitoring product performance and rmending improvements.
• Collaborating with project managers, developers, and business analysts.
• Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Participating in multidisciplinary project teams.
