Reporting to the VP, People & Engagement, the Manager, Human Resources will be a strategic partner within the organization as well as across the HR Leadership team. You will have the opportunity to manage day to day operations while also contributing to strategic, organization-wide initiatives. We are looking for a self starting, collaborative leader, with a can-do attitude, looking to help accelerate business results through effective people programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in strategy development, organization design, diversity and inclusion, and talent management strategies that support an exceptional employee experience.
You will be responsible and accountable for leading a team of HR Professionals to support the business. This includes, but not limited to, the employee lifecycle including, performance management, coaching, employee relations, succession planning, career development, policy development & adherence, disability management, change management, and promotion of internal programs.
