Description

The Third Key Holder assists with all visual, merchandising and marketing directives. The role collaborates with management to ensure efficient store and stockroom operations. In the absence of team leaders, the Third Key Holder is responsible for all store operations.

Responsibilities

• In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, oversee all store operations including opening and closing procedures, store cleanliness, re‑stocking, merchandising, customer service and supervision of the team.
• Ensure outstanding service by creating a friendly environment : greet, acknowledge, re‑approach every customer and be knowledgeable about products.
• Process purchases at the register.
• Adhere to all company policies.
• Support the Store Manager in ensuring company standards are followed in accordance with the employee manual.
• Perform any other related duties as directed by the Store Manager.

Wage

Expected wage range : $18.45 to $18.95. Ardene complies with minimum wage legislation; wage updates may take up to three months following a minimum wage increase.
