The Opportunity

Our client a leading player in the automotive sector is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and deliver cuttingedge projects in powertrain systems for OEM customers . This is your chance to join a team dedicated to excellence in mechatronic and electromechanical solutions driving the future of mobility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Leadership : Manage the endtoend lifecycle of powertrain projects for OEM customers ensuring ontime delivery within budget and to the highest quality standards.
  • Customer Collaboration : Serve as the primary liaison between OEM customers and internal teams ensuring alignment satisfaction and seamless communication.
  • Team Coordination : Lead crossfunctional teams including engineering procurement and production to achieve project milestones tailored to OEM specifications.
  • Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Continuous Improvement : Champion best practices in program management to drive efficiency and innovation.

What You Bring

  • Experience : Proven track record in program management within the automotive sector.
  • Technical Expertise : Strong knowledge of powertrain products with a preference for mechatronic or electromechanical systems experience.
  • OEM Focus : Direct experience managing programs for OEM customers with a deep understanding of their requirements and expectations.
