YOUR ROLE:Your responsibilities will include:Analyze and record disbursements in files;Collect and account for payments;Reconcile credit card transactions;Perform monthly expense and financial reports;Support month-end and year-end accounting operations;Participate in the preparation of financial statements;Update databases;Scan and file supporting documents. SKILLS REQUIRED:DEC in accounting or other equivalent training;Experience in similar roles, professional service environment (an asset)Fluency in French and English, spoken and written;Comfortable using with Office suite (including Excel) and Maître software (an asset);Thoroughness, resourcefulness and autonomy;Organizational skills, good organizational and analytical skills;Teamwork and good interpersonal skills.
