Marketing Coordinator
This role, based out of the Toronto office, will provide broad support to the firm's global Marketing and Communications Team.

Working closely with the Senior Manager of Communications, the successful candidate will provide generalized communications and business development support across all offices and practice groups. Central to the role is interaction with the wider marketing team including Creative, Digital, Business Development and Operations team members located across our global offices.
Key Job Accountabilities
Communications and Corporate Growth
- Coordinate content creation and distribution across multiple channels, including :
- Collateral, newsletters, alerts, articles, thought leadership pieces
- Presentations, press releases, pitch documents, social media content
- Oversee the Global Editorial Calendar and track engagement metrics.
- Maintain accurate Monday boards for all communications initiatives.
- Collaborate with Digital teams on integrated online campaigns, including keyword research, briefs, and reporting.
- Draft and publish web content (WordPress) and schedule social posts (Loomly).
- Support global content distribution and ensure consistency across platforms.
- Assist with annual business planning for practice, industry, and strategic groups.
- Support remote execution of BD initiatives : events, targeting, sponsorships, speaking engagements, research, and international trips.
- Support directory and client award submissions.
- Ensure timely and accurate population of the Global Deals Database.
- Work with stakeholders to effectively use NEXL CRM and other systems.
- Track and manage annual contracts with vendors notifying senior management of increases and changes
- Provide ad hoc administrative support as required.
Experience and Requirements
A diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field2-4 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or business development within professional services (law firm experience is a plus but not required)Strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailBasic understanding of marketing principles, branding, and business development processesWillingness to learn and apply best practices in promoting the firm's servicesA proactive and motivated team player with a strong work ethicEager to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholdersAble to follow set workflows, processes, and policies while learning to contribute strategically over timeExperience in a law or professional services firm preferredExperience with Monday, NEXL CRM, WordPress and Loomly (or equivalent) is an assetJunction Collective is committed to building diverse, inclusive teams.
