It Project Analyst

Description

La ressource agira comme Analyste - spécialisé en gestion financière TI, responsable de soutenir les activités administratives et financières d’un portefeuille TI, incluant le suivi des dépenses, la gestion budgétaire et la production de reddition financière. L'analyste travaillera en étroite collaboration avec le PCO responsable du portefeuille de projets.

Principales responsabilités :

Traiter, analyser et assurer le suivi des factures TI et de leur paiement.

Vérifier l’intégrité des imputations financières (centres de coûts, natures comptables).

Valider les feuilles de temps et suivre la proportion de capitalisation.

Suivre les renouvellements et prolongations de contrats.

Contribuer aux activités de fin de mois : courus, reclassements, refacturations.

Réaliser des analyses d’écarts budgétaires et formuler les explications nécessaires.

Produire les projections mensuelles des dépenses et consolider l’information financière TI.

Documenter, analyser et recommander des améliorations aux processus administratifs TI.

Coordonner avec les équipes TI (opérations,développement, projets).

Offrir un support administratif et financier au département TI.

Qualifications

Compétences et expériences :

Formation en administration (universitaire ou DEC comptabilité).

Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en comptabilité/finances dans un rôle similaire.

Excellentes connaissances des principes comptables.

Maîtrise avancée d’Excel.

Expériences en amélioration continue de processus de travail et documentation.

Connaissance de SAP FI/CO (atout).

Excellente communication orale et écrite.

Mandate Description:

The resource will act as a Project Analyst – specializing in IT financial management, responsible for supporting the administrative and financial activities of an IT portfolio, including expense tracking, budget management, and financial reporting. The analyst will work closely with the PCO responsible for the project portfolio.

Responsibilities :

• Process, analyze, and monitor IT invoices and their payments.
• Verify the integrity of financial allocations (cost centers, accounting codes).
• Validate timesheets and track the capitalization ratio.
• Monitor contract renewals and extensions.
• Contribute to month-end activities: accruals, reclassifications, internal billing.
• Perform budget variance analyses and provide the necessary explanations.
• Produce monthly expense forecasts and consolidate IT financial information.
• Document, analyze, and recommend improvements to IT administrative processes.
• Coordinate with IT teams (operations, development, projects).
• Provide administrative and financial support to the IT department.

Skills and experience :

• Education in administration (university degree or college diploma in accounting).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting/finance in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience in continuous improvement of work processes and documentation.
• Knowledge of SAP FI/CO (an asset).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
