The OSC has a team of over 30 employees across seven provinces. We are looking for an innovative thinker to drive our workforce agenda and contribute to the growth, retention and development of the ocean economy and the health of the planet.
About the Role :
Reporting to the Vice-President of Operations, for a 1 (one) Year contract, the Business Operations Manager will lead operational excellence across the organization, promote data-driven decision-making, solve complex business problems and contribute to system and infrastructure enhancement. The successful candidate will focus on improving internal reporting of status and results, enhance information sharing systems and channels across the organization, and will focus on ensuring business processes are optimized to get the right information to the right people at the right time.
