Description de posteLead the development and definition of hardware solutions for fleet safety, focusing on customer needs and market trends Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to establish product goals, success criteria, and lifecycle impacts Engage with customers to identify pain points and opportunities, translating findings into a robust product portfolio Drive product execution and strategy through data‑driven analysis and communication with stakeholders Maintain regular updates with executive leadership on product development and market performance Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical and / or business discipline Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management with embedded products Proven experience managing the full product development lifecycle from vision to execution Familiarity with Agile Software Development tools such as JIRA Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to support decisions and actions Development experience in cloud software, embedded systems, and hardware applications Direct experience in Engineering, UX / UI, Enterprise IT, Quality, Sales, or Customer Support
