Join a dynamic legal practice where your organizational excellence makes a real difference!The Chapman Group is assisting their respected law firm client in recruiting a personable, highly organized and exceptional Executive Assistant to support a Senior Partner and Chief of Staff in providing comprehensive administrative support. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism. This is your opportunity to work with passionate coworkers in a focused field while building meaningful client relationships. Responsibilities What You'll DoManage complex schedules including court appearances, tribunal hearings, and client meetingsCoordinate management meetings between the Senior Partner and Chief of Staff and provide strategic administrative support as required with management functionsScreen and prioritize incoming calls, emails and correspondence and prepare appropriate responses to the same when necessaryPrepare and edit legal documents, correspondence, and reports with precisionMaintain confidential files and ensure seamless day-to-day operations Qualifications Who You AreExperienced professional with substantial executive support experience (legal environment preferred)Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple prioritiesTech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and legal practice management softwareProactive problem-solver who anticipates needs and takes initiativeDiscreet and professional with impeccable interpersonal skills About The Chapman Group We are happy to support our client with this recruitment.
