REPORTS TO :   Recreation Coordinator

LOCATION :   Varies

BASIC FUNCTION :

To assist the Recreation Coordinator in the planning and implementing of summer camp programs and to provide a quality program experience to children

Minimum Qualifications :

• Post-Secondary education or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in working with children aged 4-12yrs
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in camp programming and development.
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Current Standard First Aid / CPR & AED Certification
• Demonstrated safe work practices
• Valid Class G driver’s licence and acceptable driver’s abstract

Core Working Hours :   44hr / week.

Wage :   $22.80 (2025 Rate)

Start / End Date :   May – September
