• Executevariousloanprocessingactivitiesincludingsecurity documentationamendmentspaymentsanddisbursements

• Uselendingsystems(JET CML CMS) toensuredataintegrity

• Monitor andmanagetheindividualworklisttomeetservice standards

• Identifyandrecommendprocessimprovements

• Validateapplicationsin accordancewithpoliciessigneddocuments and provinciallegislation

• Maintain high standards of data quality and integrity within lending systems

• Supportinternalpartnersandrespondtoinquiriesfromfieldoffices

Whatyoullbringto theteam

qualifications:

• Abachelorsdegreeor certification in administrationbusinessor arelatedfield

Preferredqualifications:

• Workingknowledgeofloanmanagementsystemsand applications

• Twoyearsofexperiencerelatedtolendingmortgagesbankingservicescreditproducts or in thelegalfield(or anequivalentcombination ofeducationandexperience).

• Bilingualism(English and French)
