Description de posteMaster’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Software Engineering, or a related field. 2–5 years of industry experience, including at least 2 years of hands‑on modern C++ development. Solid understanding of embedded systems, configuration management, CI / CD, and testing practices. Basic knowledge of MATLAB / Simulink for control concept validation is desirable. Familiarity with field‑oriented control and grid‑connected converters is a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a global, collaborative environment. A motivated, creative, and self‑organizing team player who loves solving complex challenges. Work on innovative products that shape industries worldwide. Enjoy flexible working hours and remote work options. Be part of an inclusive, supportive environment that values learning and growth. At least 2–3 days onsite.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement embedded real‑time software using modern C++.
- Contribute across the full software development lifecycle : requirements, design, coding, testing, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with global teams to create common control solutions for multiple applications.
- Perform comprehensive testing to ensure reliability and performance.
- Provide expert technical support for commissioning and troubleshooting.
