Job Title : Logistics Coordinator

Job Description

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the logistics processes by receiving and logging all logistical invoices, setting up outgoing shipments, and handling month-end accruals. You will communicate with logistical carriers and act as a liaison with brokers. You will address customs compliance issues, provide CERS when needed, and ensure all CUSMAs are completed. Additionally, you will update the costing of current logistical needs and provide CTPAT support. You will also work on assigned logistical tasks from the Production Control Manager.

Responsibilities

• Receive and log all logistical invoices.
• Set up all outgoing shipments requested upon receipt of ship requisitions.
• Handle month-end accruals.
• Communicate with all logistical carriers on day-to-day operations.
• Act as a liaison with all brokers.
• Address customs compliance issues as they arise.
• Provide CERS when needed.
• Ensure completion of all CUSMAs with Farrow as required.
• Update costing of current logistical needs and provide quotations when required.
• Support CTPAT compliance.
• Work on assigned logistical tasks from the Production Control Manager.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to air, road, and freight logistics. The position offers potential for extension. The work schedule is steady days from 7 : 30 am to 4 pm, totaling 40 hours per week.

This is a Contract position based out of Windsor, ON.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00 / hr.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Windsor,ON.
