Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, Forest Park Hotel

Position located in Spruce Grove, Alberta, Canada.

Overview

Assistant Food & Beverage Manager responsible for evaluating daily operations, monitoring revenues, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Education

  • Secondary (high school) graduation certificate

    • Experience

  • 1 year to less than 2 years

    • Work Location

    On site. Work must be completed at the physical location. No remote option.

    Responsibilities

  • Evaluate daily operations
  • Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
  • Monitor staff performance
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Recruit staff
  • Set staff work schedulesSupervise staff
  • Train staff
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Cost products and services
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation
