About the Position
Join our Finance team and gain experience in a variety of areas such as Accounting, Forecasting, and Budgeting. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in accounting in an open and friendly environment.

What will you do to make an impact at Kinectrics?
- Utilize SAP for a wide variety of tasks including monthly downloads
- Validate Canadian and international subsidiaries financial statement information to monthly reporting packages for management.
Data to be extracted from SAP
- Post journal entries as necessary in SAP
- Help maintain the accuracy and integrity of the forecast files on a department, company, and consolidated level
- Assist with balance sheet preparation for all companies (international and Cdn) and reconciliations
- Prepare monthly facilities internal order report, analyzing various cost elements variances.
- Prepare monthly prepaid and accrual accounts in SAP
- Assist with audit information requests from our auditor
- Provide support for other financial areas as needed
- Support the Finance team and CFO on various accounting projects
What do you need to be successful?
Currently enrolled full-time in a post-secondary Accounting (Bachelor of Commerce or Business Administration), requiring a co-op placement.
Preference will be given to students in their second - third year

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
