Our client, a leader in optics in Quebec with one of the largest branch networks in various cities across the province, is currently seeking a Director for its Mont-Laurier branch.

In addition to optician responsibilities, the incumbent will oversee the management and supervision of the team, ensuring the smooth operation of the branch.

Main responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise all branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and current regulations.
• Encourage a quality sales approach and promote sales.
• Train and motivate a high-performing team; regularly assess employee performance and promote their professional development.
• Establish high standards of customer service, develop relationships with customers, resolve issues, and ensure overall satisfaction.
• Act as a representative of the company, develop and maintain business relationships with customers, partners, and the local community.
