La personne sera responsable d’identifier et d’établir les contacts avec les candidats potentiels pour nos clients. Elle pourra également être amené à participer à l’ensemble du processus de recrutement, depuis la définition du besoin de l’entreprise jusqu’au suivi de l’intégration des candidat·e·s.
Voici les différentes tâches associées aux différentes étapes du processus de conseil en recrutement :
- Évaluation du besoin
- Analyse des postes et de l’environnement ;
- Rédaction des fiches de poste et des annonces ;
- Recherche des candidat·e·s selon une méthode intégrant passage d'annonces, approche directe, chasse, webtracking et réseaux : Recherche via notre banque de candidats et CVthèqueCampagnes d'annonces sur supports électroniquesChasse de candidat·e·s au Canada et à l’internationalApproches directes (veille scientifique, CVthèques partenaires, réseaux sociaux professionnels, associations d’ancien·ne·s, universités et écoles, laboratoires)Réception et tri des candidatures via notre outil de gestion (ATS)

- Tâches connexes : organisation d’événements RH, optimisation de l’expérience candidat...
Profil
- Enthousiaste et dynamique
- Excellentes habilités de communication tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral
- Compétences en organisation du travail
- Français ou Anglais courant, bilingue idéalement
- Connaissances des bonnes pratiques en sourcing et recrutement (un atout)

Position
The person will be responsible for identifying and establishing contacts with potential candidates for our clients. He / she may also be called upon to participate in the entire recruitment process, from defining the company's needs to monitoring the integration of candidates.
Here are the various tasks associated with the different stages of the recruitment consulting process :
- Needs assessment
- Job and environment analysis;
- Drafting of job descriptions and advertisements;
- Search for candidates using a method integrating advertisements, direct approach, headhunting, webtracking and networking : Search via our candidate database and CVthèqueElectronic advertising campaignsCandidate hunting in Canada and abroadDirect approaches (scientific intelligence, partner CV libraries, professional social networks, alumni associations, universities and schools, laboratories)
Reception and sorting of applications via our management tool (ATS)
- Evaluation and selection of candidates using the following methods : Selection of Curriculum VitaePre-qualification telephone interviews
- Production of candidate evaluation reports;
- Candidate reference checks
- Related tasks : organization of HR events, optimization of the candidate experience, etc.
Profile
- Enthusiastic and dynamic

- Fluent French or English, ideally bilingual
- Knowledge of best practices in sourcing and recruitment (an asset)
