Start Date : January 2026. Position : Full‑time, hybrid. Location : Vancouver or Kitchener, Canada. You will work with a local mentor who will help you learn Dialpad’s technologies and processes and support you in achieving your internship goals.

What You’ll Do

• Build customer‑impacting functionality into Dialpad’s backend services.
• Design and implement robust, reusable, and scalable backends through collaboration with a close‑knit team.
• Help improve Dialpad’s customer experience, infrastructure scalability, security, and costs.

About You

Our Tech Stack

Python backend on Google Cloud Platform (AppEngine, Datastore, BigQuery, Dataflow, Spanner, Memcache, Cloud Tasks, Pub / Sub), Redis, Elastic Search, Pinot.

Monitoring : Datadog, Grafana. Vue.js / Vuex frontend running natively in Electron.
