Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain open communication with seniors, their families, and our staff
• Wound care
• Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned
• Current license with CLPNA
• Specialty certification under CLPNA license
• Vulnerable sector check
