Associate Client Relationship Manager

We are looking for an Associate Client Relationship Manager to :

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients by collecting and verifying Know Your Customer (KYC) information, ensuring all legal documents are complete, and facilitating compliance with regulatory requirements
• Coordinate response to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from clients and consultants, confirm compliance status with project managers, and send out necessary certificates to clients after thorough verification
• Track and manage capital calls for funds such as C-GREFS, GRIF, and PCO, as well as monitor client subscriptions and redemptions to ensure accurate and timely processing
• Generate and send periodic client statements, and develop tailored presentations to address specific client needs or requests, ensuring all materials are accurate and professionally formatted
• Plan and coordinate events for clients and internal teams, provide translation services as needed, and perform a variety of administrative duties to support the Client Relationship Manager (CRM)
