Hypertec is seeking a Marketing Specialist (HCM & Construction) to join our Marketing team in Montreal. If you are motivated, collaborative, and aligned with our values, we would love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Contributing:

• Coordinate and produce marketing materials such as one-pagers, presentations, and pitch decks;
• Manage divisional web and social content in collaboration with agencies and internal teams;
• Review and proof materials to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand standards;
• Gather requests from divisional stakeholders and translate them into clear creative briefs;
• Work with the Content Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer to adapt existing content for divisional use;
• Support the Growth Marketing Manager with campaign materials and post-event communications;
• Maintain an organized tracking system for divisional marketing activities and deliverables.

What Sets You Apart:

• 4 to 6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or industrial or technology sectors;
• Strong project management and coordination skills;
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality;
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders at once;
• Familiarity with social media management, web publishing, and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Webflow, or Adobe Suite;
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset;
• A proactive and reliable work style;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills;
• The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high quality standards.
