Description de posteDes compétences en communication efficaces. Forte capacité à gérer les priorités. Aptitude au travail en équipe. Capacité à s'adapter à différentes situations et à trouver des solutions. Excellentes compétences en matière de relations avec les clients. 40 heures par semaine. Après 3 mois, avantages sociaux exceptionnels. 3 semaines de vacances (6 % dès l'embauche). 4 jours de congé personnel. 30 $ à 35 $ de l'heure selon l'expérience.
But du poste :
Centraliser les communications entre les inspecteurs, l'entrepôt, la direction, les clients pour améliorer l'efficacité du flux de travail, la productivité et la trésorerie.
Responsabilitées Prioritaires
- Coordonner avec les clients / techniciens et l'atelier pour établir la priorité des inspections à venir et assurer le transfert de communication.
- Planifie les inspections dans les meilleurs délais.
- S’assurer que le système ERP de répartition est régulièrement mis à jour avec les informations pertinentes.
- Coordonner avec le département de facturation pour assurer une facturation rapide des travaux terminés.
- Suivi des soumissions d'inspection non acceptées.
