Client Service Representative - Remote

We partner with unions, credit unions, associations, and their members across Canada to provide permanent benefits that protect what matters most. What Youll Do
Youll be the first point of contact for families, guiding them through their permanent benefits program with care and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include:

• Explaining benefit options clearly and effectively over Zoom

• Ensuring accurate and compliant documentation

• Maintaining long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up

• Working collaboratively with team members to improve efficiency and service delivery

What Were Looking For

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada

• High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary an asset)

• 1+ year of experience in customer support, administration, or client-facing roles preferred
