Description de posteThe rate of pay will be $20-25 / hr, depending on experience Full-time, temporary position Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and preparing documents Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and internal communications Maintain organized records, logs, and operational reports Help monitor workflows, prioritize tasks, and support day-to-day operations Coordinate with vendors, contractors, or internal teams when required Assist with inventory tracking, ordering supplies, and maintaining office organization Support leadership with special projects and operational tasks Strong administrative background with experience handling multiple tasks Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), email systems, and digital tools Strong communication and customer service skills Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage priorities Problem-solving mindset and strong follow-through Previous experience supporting management or cross-department teams Related studies in business administration, office management, or operations Go to our website at https : / / jobs.selectrecruiting.ca / and click “Apply Online.” Anyone who can legally work in Canada can apply for this job.
