Position Overview

We are currently looking for a hard working and dedicated Relational Security Services Officer to fill a position at the Prince Rupert Regional Hospital. In accordance with established mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities of Northern Health, and under the general supervision of Supervisor, Relational Security Services, the Relational Security Services Officer maintains and enforces security of persons and property in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Location & Services

Prince Rupert Regional Hospital is a 30‑bed facility that sees an average of 22,000 ER visits per year. It is a fully equipped facility with medical imaging, laboratory, ICU, ER and maternity. Services include :

  • Acute Care
  • Internal medicine
  • Ultrasound
  • CT scans
  • Surgery
  • Emergency department
  • Extended care
  • Pediatrics
  • Radiology
  • Obstetrics
  • Gynecology
  • Diabetes Education, Healthy Heart and Rehabilitation, Podiatry, Orthopedics and other visiting specialists
